Samuel Maputso is the Director of Human Resources at Access Bank Mocambique. He is a Human Resources Management executive with 30 years' experience in human resources management, consultancy and teaching, in sectors such as banking, universities, NGOs and multinationals in the food and beverage industry. Samuel is also Regional Head of HR (Southern Africa) for Access Bank.
Samuel has held leadership positions in organizations such as Banco Comercial de Mocambique, Millennium BIM, CARE International, Kukula, Ophavela, CIM Premier Group, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and BancABC.
He has a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from the Pedagogical University of Maputo, a Master's degree in Management from the University of Liverpool and a Master's degree in Governance and Sustainable Development from Staffordshire University.
