Requirement

  • Account opening form, duly completed and signed;
  • Valid identification document and NUIT;
  • Income statement:

             a. Letter from the employer issued on letterhead or with a corporate stamp, valid for 3 months from the date of issue, which must contain the employment relationship, profession, type of contract and current net monthly salary, or.

            b. Self-declaration of income for informal clients (limits and conditions apply). 

  • Proof of Residence:

            a. The invoice for any services, valid for 3 months from the date of issue, must contain the client's full name, street or avenue, house number, block or unit number, cell, neighborhood name, district, city and province.

            b. A letter from the employer with a detailed description of the address (as described in the previous section). 

            c. Declaration of the neighborhood.
